Franklin High School has an immediate opening in their tournament due to a
team dropping out. 10 Team Olympic Pool style ran on 4 mats. Everybody
gets 5 matches

Edgewood has two openings for the 35th Annual Edgewood Invitational. This
is a one day pool style tournament (4 pools of 4 with a semi and a finals
round) with 16 teams.

The date is December 12th.

I saw the All Area teams in the "Neighbors" section 3 or 4 weeks ago (I think it was the week after State)- they (the DDN) never posted the First and Second teams on their website (I was looking for it ...)

You could check your local library (the "Neighbors" section is in the Thursday paper) and/or email the DDN asking them to post the teams.

I think the Dayton Daily News does a very good job with their high school wrestling coverage - so if you email them please be polite ...lol

(BTW - this shouldn't be taken as a slight against high school wrestling - the b-ball All Area Teams got the same treatment ...)

Greenvile is looking for the following contests to fill up their 2009-2010
schedule.

1. Need one or two teams for a V/R tri-meet @ Greenville with Miami East on
12-16-09 or 12-17-09.

2. Need one or two teams for a V/R tri-meet @ Greenville with Sidney on
1-14-10.

3. Reserve schedule is filled.

4. Need teams to complete a Jr. High tri-meet @ Greenville with Troy on
1-20-10.
